Our favourite time of the year is approaching again - Christmas! We love Christmas simply because it is a time where people share, care and gather. We will be having a small party at our home and there will be gifts exchange for Kelly and her friends. Mummy and Daddy were busy over the past few weeks trying to get presents, decorations and food ready for our party. It was difficult to shop with Kelly around and with Mummy's big tummy but we still decided to bring her along for the shopping trips since the party is for her.
when 2 becomes 3, life is never lonely anymore... when 3 becomes 4, life is all complete!!!

Toilet fun
Kelly was potty trained since 6 months old, Kelly upgraded to toilet seat at 1 year old. She can say 'she she' and 'mem mem' whenever she wants to do business but there are times when accidents still happen and she will wet her panty. Considered at 20 months old, she is doing a great job.
Kelly is always happy and cheerful when she starts to sit down on the toilet bowl but as time passes by, she will starts to get impatient and keep saying 'ready, ready, ready'.

Fun-filled Saturday
Weather today is extremely good, windy with no sun. Mummy suggested going to East Coast Park for breakfast since there is a Hong Kong Cafe that is new. There were a few tables of guests having their breakfast in the cafe and when they were leaving, Kelly will say, 'Bye bye' warmly and it drew the peoples' attention. Kelly can now say 'Thank you' when being served and 'Bye bye' when she see people leaving.

After breakfast, we went to the beach for a walk. It is the first time Kelly stepped her feet on sand. Being a cleanliness freak, this should be the only way to let her get used to things on her hands and feet. kelly did not like the feeling at first, she kept wanting us to carry her but we just leave her alone and walked away, she got no choice but to follow us, after a while, she kind of got used to walking bare footed but demanded to be carried shortly.

Ikea looking for X'mas tree deco
We went Ikea for breakfast before shopping for our X'mas tree decorations. This year Mummy decided to hang soft toys on the tree so that little children can bring home after the party. Kelly helped with the choosing of toys, putting them into the bag and bringing the bag around on her own. She had so much fun with the bag, her expression tells all.

A man who has 3 women
Mummy was chatting with Daddy on a lazy Sunday afternoon and Daddy suddenly said something that was very interesting. Daddy said that he can't even handle 1 woman - Mummy! how is he going to handle 3 women in future??? Daddy struggled when shopping with Mummy at Hong Kong and Shanghai, he can't imagine if he was to shop with 3 women, what a scene it will be. Mummy look forward to the day though, going shopping with my 2 princesses should be fun!

Congrats Aunty Lihui!
Today is Mummy's cousin big day and the dinner is held at Expo - Bliss Garden Restaurant. It is the first time we had wedding dinner at Expo but today is definitely not a day to visit Expo due to the Sitex Fair. The queue to the carpark was crazy but we were lucky enough to get a lot in 10mins.

Mummy and Kelly with the same LV limited edition!
Mummy had a great time at the dinner as we got to meet most of our relatives whom we seldom see throughout the whole year other than Chinese New Year.

Cousins, Kelly and Nicole!

Bride and us, Groom was too busy!

20th week detailed scan
Early in the morning, after Kelly greeted us, she call out meimei AGAIN! She seems to remember that we will be going for the scan. Somethings we were amazed by her memory. If we bought her hotdog bread for tomorrow's breakfast, she will wake up and say 'bread' - amazing! We left home for breakfast early in the morning before proceeding to Thomson Medical Centre for our scan.
While waiting for our turn, Kelly had a real good time with the babies who come back for their jab, Jiejies who accompany their Mummy for scan and the staffs at the counter. She roam around on her own, saying hello, shaking hand and looking at babies having their milk. As her Uncle said, Kelly is meant to be a MP when she grows up.
The waiting time was acceptable today, only 20mins and its our turn. Kelly stared at the screen, seems to understand what the sonographer is explaining. Everything is good and well, we can see the arteries carrying blood in and out of the heart, kidney, etc. Finally, we are at the final stage, gender of the baby. Girl!!! Meimei, the baby shall be! Kelly is correct.

Detailed Scan tomorrow
Tomorrow Mummy is going for 20th week detailed scan to make sure that baby's organs are developing well and the ten fingers and toes are intact. We told Kelly that she will be seeing baby tomorrow and she kept calling meimei non-stop. Kelly loves to put her ear against Mummy's tummy and listen to baby talking to her, she will give baby a kiss after she done.
People always say that elder sibling will be able to tell whether the next baby is a boy or girl, since Kelly kept calling meimei, we will know tomorrow whether the myth is true.
