The 2009 mummies met up to have a CNY gathering at our place. Mummy prepared steamboat and abalone Lou Hei for the fellow mummies. Thank you Jacqueline for preparing the sea cucumber and fish maw.

CNY Day 5...Sentosa

Kerryn or rather we woke up to yet another great morning. Mummy just can't exclaim how happy I was to wake up to a pair of happy princesses. When Kerryn saw me opened my eyes, she will put her hand high up in the air and say, 'Hi' and of course with a ear to ear smile.

Kerryn saying 'Hi' with her hand up in the air.

Both hands up in the air with her palms waving means来,来,来. Wanting to be carried or hugged.

来,来,来.

After changing and washing up, it's time for breakfast. Since Kerryn is near 1 year old, we are more opened to let her explore non-baby food. She had her hand on cornflakes and meiji yogurt. Both are simply too yummy for her to resist.

Kelly teaching Kerryn to take cornflakes from the bowl.

Kelly has been asking me to bring her to the beach since the moment we reached the resort. As usual Mummy is not too into going under the Sun but seeing Kelly's enthusiam, we had no choice but to bring her out for some sun, sand, sea.

We must remember to bring all the beach toys for Kelly the next time we come Sentosa.

Daddy's precious.

After a day of heat and sweat, nothing beats a great bath. My 2 princesses can't agree more. They had a great time in the bathtub before checking out.

CNY Day 4...Sentosa

Kerryn woke up in the morning and climbed to the platform overlooking the sea for an orange time. By the time we woke up, she was already holding a pair of chopstick in her hand with the oranges all over the place.

After breakfast, we went out to take a tram ride from one end of the road to the other end. Kelly was fascinated by the ride. She insisted that it was school bus and kept wanting to ride on it.

Happy Kelly on the tram!

After lunch, it was swimming time. Kelly and Kerryn both changed into their sexiest swimming costume for a dip in the pool. The girls were already having a great time even before we proceed out.

While Kelly was taking a nap, we brought Kerryn to the rooftop for a walk.

CNY Day 3...Part 2 (Sentosa)

We left for Sentosa from Marilyn婆婆place. Kelly and Kerryn were all excited when we checked in to the room. Kelly just can't get the Genting experience off her head, especially when she saw the bed.
Cutey Kerryn...

Pretty Kelly...

Kelly on her new bicycle.

We went out with my brother's family to Vivo City for dinner. Choosing a restaurant that is suitable for 5 princesses is really not easy. We finally settled our dinner at Marche.
Kelly and the moo moo cow.

The high chair at Marche is both good and bad. Bad because Kelly can't sit in it since the sitting space is too small but good because since the sitting space is too small, Kerryn can't climb out of it.

After dinner, we proceed outdoor for a walk before going back to Sentosa.

After dinner, we went back to the room for a good bath. The 2 girls had a fun time playing in the bathtub.

CNY Day 3...Part 1

The last time Marilyn saw Kerryn was when she was just a few weeks old. Now that Kerryn is 10 months old, the different must be big!

As usual, Marilyn婆婆never fails to let Kelly go home without Pooh stuffs and chocolate.

CNY Day 2

Like any other years, Marina Country Club had a lion dance team and a dragon dance team to celebrate Chinese New Year. Lines of notes were lined up for the lion dancer to collect.

CNY Day 1...Part 2

Just like any other years, we proceed to Ayer Hitam for lunch with the 2 kids. Although we lost Grandma and 2nd Uncle last year but the CNY gathering was still called for, the only thing is no Ang Bao giving. I guessed since we do not know long we can keep the old house, the uncles and aunties thus decided on continuing CNY gathering.

The atmosphere is definitely different since Grandma was not around. There is no one to keep urging me for lunch the moment i Stepped in, making sure that I get to eat the first round of steamboat, getting cold drinks for me knowing that I can't stand the heat, asking me about my Dad, etc. Everyone is trying very hard to look and behave normally but it is definitely not natural.

3 pretty cousins.

Kerryn fell asleep on Li Chin.

While Kerryn was soundly asleep, Kelly enjoyed herself by running in and out of the room, examined the wooden planks used as wall, wooden windows, wooden doors and the rusty lock curiously. Everything was just so old and rustic, making it worth to put each and every inch into pictures for keepsake.

Kelly and her curiousity!
