X'mas Shopping

This is my favorite time of the year, shopping without silly excuse. Been busy setting up our x'mas tree, changing our home set up for the festive and new year, buying prezzies for babies and friends, etc etc = SHOPPING!!! Hubby and i had bought more than 5 gifts for Kelly, all meant to be x'mas gift, and of course not forgetting the vest that i am still working on.

Standing Up

Kelly had reached another important milestone of her life, she can now stand and even walk a few steps with support. Its nice to see her progressing and the luckiest thing is to be able to grow with her.

Pre-xmas party

28 babies gather today for their first x'mas party. it was so nice to have so many friends, aunties and uncles to spend this special day with Kelly. We had gifts exchange, party pack, goodies bag from Nestle and Dumex. We won the Dumex lucky draw and Auntie Janice even gave mummy a Loewe gift for arranging the party.

1st sit up

After trying to sit up for a few weeks from tummy down position, kelly finally managed to do it today, and she actually sit up a few time. it was reli fun to c her trying to put her butt on to the bed 1st and slowly using her hands to push herself to a sitting position. we have a new headache now, other then having to search all over the floor for her, we also got to make sure that the area that her cutie hands and legs touched, got to cushioned.

Laugh till puke...

kelly muz have know dat shes on holiday n shes laughin non-stop frm the time we step out of the hse. she was laughin so much dat she suddenly throw up phelgm, din noe dat laughin is another way to make bb clear phelgm.

Genting & Malacca

Day 1 (25 November 2007)
Kelly seems to know dat we are going on a holiday, she woke up at 0600hrs to drink her milk, changed n off we go. we stop by at malacca, Jaya Jusco to get some drinks, titbits, cheese cakes from Secret Recipes and had grilled chicken @ peri peri. we continue our journey to Genting and finally arrived at 1530hrs, checked in to First World Hotel. Kelly seems happy wif the room, she kept laughing and playing on the bed. after settling down n resting, we went to the indoor theme park, bring kelly around to take pictures and enjoy the cool weather.

Day 2 (26 November 2007)
we had our breakfast at First World Cafe. Kelly had her 1st plain porridge at Genting! she took honey stars, coco crunch, baby bites, etc. this trip is both eye and mouth opening for kelly. after breakfast, we walk to Hotel Genting and Hotel HIghlands, kelly fell aslp while we walked to the outdoor to take pictures, mayb weather is good and the motion in the carrier encourage zzz. after some rest, we went to the outdoor theme park, it wan cold, after a heavy rain, we sat outdoor for coffee n muffin, kelly got her muffin n of course she loves it.

Day 3 )27 November 2007)
after leaving Genting, we drove to Malacca Jonkers Street for chicken rice ball, kelly onli get to c coz its too oily for her but she gets to taste some lime juice though. we pack back daddys favorite suckling pig for dinner but who knows, we finished it even before we go out of malacca.

Milk Factory - CLOSED

after 6 months 3 weeks 3 days, i finalli stop my milk production. with 200-300 bags of BM, it can last kelly till at least 10months old. it is such a relieve when i m not restricted by time, engorgement, etc.

Gymboree trial...

i like the setup coz gymboree has got colorful slides, giant balls, tunnels, etc for bb to crawl around without worrying dat bb might b hurt. the bubbles at the end of the class is oso something nice, it looks like snowing since xmas is near.

Hey! Baby Contest

We joined in the Parent and Baby Look Alike Contest organised by MediaCorp @ Suntec City. Thou we did not win any prize, but the experience was great!

Potty training...

Got a pinky potty from KP for Kelly, although she still need support while sitting, but the sight of her on a potty sure looks fun. 1st day let her try but nothin happen, so tried again on the next day, she pooed, we were so hapi. tried again on 3rd day, she pooed too. does kelly reli noe hw to poo on potty or issit juz coincident?
