April 2009 Mummies Luncheon

Our lunch had turned into a weekly affair. We meet up almost every week for lunch at different locations, think we are falling short of ideas soon.

This week meetup is at Paragon as some of the mummies wanted to get some organic stuffs for their babies.

Studio Shoot

We were invited for a complimentary studio shoot as the studio was newly open and was trying to do some advertisement. After the studio shoot, we did not sign up for the package as the result was totally disappointing.

Some of the best shoots taken.

Cutie Kerryn...

Lovely family!

Kerryn is having fever

Mummy while carrying Kerryn this morning felt that her body was hot, thinking that it might be the weather, Mummy did not do anything. By afternoon, the heat did not reduced and Mummy thought Kerryn might be having a fever. Without rushing her to the doctor, Mummy gave Kerryn a dose of paracetamol and a fever pad to reduce the heat and monitor her for 1 more day.

After medication, sponging, sleeping in aircon room the whole day and most importantly, tender loving care from Mummy, Kerryn recovered the next day!

4 on 1 bed

Kerryn started to wake up in the night after sleeping through from 2 months old. Mummy thinks she might be teething, so in order to let Auntie Su have a good rest in the night, Mummy decided to let Kerryn sleep with us so that whenever Kerryn wakes up, I can just put the bottle of plain water into her mouth and let her continue sleeping.

Wonder how the 4 of us can fit into 1 King size bed?

2 princesses at the end, followed by Mummy then Daddy!

No apple = CRY!

Kelly and Mummy were happily taking photos...

Kerryn was looking at us and Daddy offered Kerryn some apple...

when Daddy took it away, Kerryn cried.

Look at the big tear drop...

She only stopped crying after the apple was putted back into her mouth.

Cute little one!

Small hands small feet

I am always looking forward to another day with Kerryn. She never fail to make my day with her big wet smile.
Little finger in her small little mouth...

Tiny hand...

Cheeky wet mouth...

I just can't resist these small hands and feet, they are just simply too adorable.

Genting - Day 3

We are finally going home today! After few days out, we started to miss our bed, I can't say so for Kelly though.

We paid the mushroom farm a visit before leaving Genting thinking that Kelly can see real mushrooms but it was a big disappointment, no mushroom at all.

Our 大元宝...

These are some of my favourite photos throughout the whole trip.

It was Mooncake festival yesterday and there were giant lanterns display at Chin Swee Caves Temples so we decided to drop by. It started to drizzle when we reached, thus we did not have a chance to walk up the hill. We only stayed around the ground level for some family photos.

Genting - Day 2 afternoon

After a rest, we set off to our favourite outdoor cafe for hot latte and hot chocolate.

The weather was great when we were outdoor so we deceided to bring our 2 princesses for some photo shoots before the drizzle starts.

The typical spot you got to take photo when in Genting to prove that you were here.

Hotel Genting at our back...

Hotel Highland at our back...

It started to be fun after Kerryn woke up. I took her out of the sling to take photo with us. Kelly is starting to like to take photo as compared to when she was younger. She will hug me and ask Daddy to take picture for us.

Kelly, Kerryn and Mummy...

Mummy personally like flowers as background as I thought it makes the people looks more lovely.

Lovely Kelly, Kerryn and Mummy!

Kelly demanded for more photo to be taken.

Kerryn likes to take photo too...

Mummy love taking picture for my 3 babies, they look so lovely together and it again reminds me how fortunate I am.
Daddy and his 2 princesses...

After about an hour, the mist started to get heavier so we brought the 2 girls indoor before it started to drizzle.

Mummy ordered a hot latte for myself and a hot chocolate for Daddy and Kelly and requested to have the steam milk and chocolate to be separated thinking that Kelly can have the steamed milk, thereafter Daddy can stir in the chocolate for hot chocolate, but who knows...

Kelly stirred in the chocolate and finished almost the whole glass...

Heavy mist made the weather even colder...

Kelly starts to get bored after she finished her hot chocolate and decided she wants to go sit horse. Mummy went with Kelly for another round of non-stop carousel, ferris wheel, sky train and reindeer rides.

After another break in the room, we decided to venture out again since its the last evening at Genting.
Daddy with Kerryn in the carrier...

It was the perfect weather for pipping hot sweet potato. Mummy got 1 huge sweet potato for the 3 of us to share less Kerryn.
Kelly enjoyed the sweet potato totally!

Kelly saw the tiger and monkey and demanded Daddy to sit down and take photo with her.

The food selection is really pathetic here. Simply cannot understand why can't they serve more varities and nicer food? Thus we decided to pack Daddy's and Kelly's favourite KFC back to the room for dinner.

Before that, it's another round of rides for Kelly.

Mummy brought Kerryn up the ferries wheel!

Kerryn was cranky before bedtime, Mummy had to carry her this way to make her sleep.
Mummy enjoyed hugging Kerryn this way!
