Doting darlings

Each child sure has their own special way to make a parent smile. Kelly and Kerryn never fail to melt our heart when they come hug us from the back, plant a kiss on our face, massage our back when we are tired and of course, the most important thing is when they love each other.

Growing up

At a blink of eye, Kelly is 37 months old and Kerryn is 14 months old already. Looking at them everyday and see them put on weight, grow taller and making more speech makes me wonder if there is any way to keep them this way so that we can love them, protect them and provide for them forever.

Fun day at the pool

After being away for a while, the only thing that we wanted to do was to spend all our time with our 2 darlings. Thus we changed Kerryn into her swimming costume and drove to school to pick Kelly up and off we went to the Anchorvale swimming pool. This must be one of the best sculpture pool that I had seen so far and Kelly loves it to bits.

We left for home after about an hour in the water. Kerryn most probably does not know what had happened other than coming down the slide for 2 times, knocking her head once and not crying at all.

Kerryn knocked out on her high chair when she was almost done with her dinner!

Happy 3rd Birthday Cherie

It has been 8 months since Bernard and Ailin moved to Lilydale and finally after so long, we got to meet up again. We were invited to Cherie's 3rd birthday party at Lilydale's function room, while having dinner, the kids were entertained by a magician whom later gave them lots of balloons, the kids were overjoyed including Kelly and Kerryn.

My 4th Mothers' Day

Mothers' Day is just another day for me, as long as my 2 precious are with me, everyday is Mothers' Day! Seeing them grow up happily and healthily is all that keeps me looking forward to waking up every morning! I love you, my darlings!

April 2009 cum Mothers' Day Bash

A total of 27 mothers celebrated our Mothers' Day together with our lovely little ones. All the little ones had a fun time crawling, cruising, walking and running in the spacious airconditioned hall. Kelly and Kerryn had a funfilled afternoon playing with all the other children, they were so tired that they fell asleep the moment their little butts hit the carseat.

Happy Birthday Zhao Hong

My last visit to Fidgets let me found our long lost favourite Chong Pang steamboat. After moving out from Marina South, it is now located at Turf City. We have dinner with Zhao Hong on his birthday at Chong Pang but the food sucks, the variety is miserable and the meat is not fresh, this shall be our last visit. Despite the lousy food, but with the good companion, Zhao Hong is still one year older!

Kelly goes to school

Every morning before Kelly leaves for school, she will give Kerryn a goodbye hug but that still doesn't stops Kerryn from making a big fuss.

Genting - Day 2 evening

We headed back to the indoor theme park to satisfy Kelly after satisfying our stomach. It was another round of Ferris wheel, Reindeer cruiser float around First World Plaza, Carousel, Rio Float in the air and not forgetting to mention that we had a few rides of each and I guessed we should have ride on the horses for at least 20 times!

We had steamboat for dinner, although it was taken indoor and the selection wasn't good, but the convenient thing was that, it is located in the indoor theme park and that means we can bring Kelly to her horse ride whenever she's bored.

Right after dinner, Kelly screamed for sweet potato again! She remembered that the store was closed by the time we reached and I think having hot sweet potato in the cold weather is a must for her. With our reluctant stomach, we still went for sweet potato treat. While all the other stores were closed, we were lucky to find the sweet potato stall's light still on and the luckiest thing was, the guy actually went to change before closing the stall and the delay in 5 minutes actually won us some time. Needless to say, Kelly was overjoyed when holding the sweet potato in her hand. We were happy that our 2 kids enjoyed the sweet potato moment together!

Genting - Day 2 afternoon

An afternoon tea or rather Hot Chocolate (Steamed milk + Chocolate sticks) and Latte is a must for the Yee's family Genting trip else the vacation will be incomplete. This is especially so with Kelly just turned 3 years old few days ago. Now that she gets a whole glass of hot steamed milk and chocolate sticks to herself, she got a whole lot of fun drinking milk, eating chocolate and combining them into hot chocolate.

While enjoying all the fun, our little Kerryn was sound asleep in Daddy's hug and needless to say, Daddy enjoyed the moment tremendously.

A cup of hot latte while enjoying the drizzle and cold misty weather with my family must be one of the most fortunate moments we can ask for.

Mummy's philosophy of not too much chocolate was executed in a fun and loving way. Kelly and Mummy shared the remaining chocolate sticks that she was reluctant to turn into hot chocolate milk and of course we had fun doing so!
