Final Compulsory Jab

Finally after poking many holes on Kelly's thighs and butt, today marked the last compulsory jab. For non-compulsory jab, Kelly is due for last prevenar jab anytime before she turns 2.
Before having the hole poked, we went for lunch at Sakae Sushi. When put Kelly against the groggy measuring chart, Daddy and Mummy both had a shocked, Kelly measured 95cm, how can it be???
95cm???

Enjoying her sushi...yum yum

At the doctor's clinic, we quickly put Kelly on the weighing machine and against the measuring chart to get the correct measurement. Kelly marked 11kg on the weighing scale and 83cm against the measuring chart. Doctor commented that Kelly has a very steady growth since birth, she is always on the 75th percentile, which is the upper good scale. Way to go Kelly sweetie!

Heaven-sent Hubby

This second pregancy is in no way easier than the first one. Nausea for the first trimester, that is whole of 3 months. Hoping that second trimester will be better after nausea is gone, but headache and backache came knocking immediately. Every night, Mummy end up with achy head and back waiting for Kelly to massage. Though not very effective, but the thought and touch is great.

Luckily, Mummy has a hubby sent from heaven. Daddy has been my greatest support for the two pregancies. His diligent massage almost every night, having to eat the same food for 2-3 times a week to suit my craving, etc. It would be impossible without this wonderful hubby and our loviest Kelly!

Dim Sum at Red Star Restaurant

After 4 months of staying at home, Mummy is now more ready to go to places further away. Our further away refers to any place out of Sengkang and Punggol. Our usual planned trip to town or even Parkway Parade will normally ended up with a quick breakfast or lunch and with Mummy not feeling well, we will be on our way home.

At last, now we can travel to Chinatown for dim sum, its a great milestone reached. The food served is not really great but Daddy being cantonese, we just like the atmosphere with aunties pushing the food around while calling out loud, 'siew mai, har gao, char siew bao'. Only eating at this kind of restaurant will you feel you are really having dim sum. Kelly is an authentical Chinese who loves Chinese Tea and Chysanthemum Tea since baby.
